Kellie Murray Siniard
Recruitment Director
Kellie Siniard is the owner of Soulshine Studio in Scottsboro, Alabama. She grew up in the north Alabama area and earned an associate's degree in Business Management from NACC and her bachelor's degree in Social Science and Psychology from Troy University.

Kellie spent many years in higher education. She worked in college recruiting and admissions as well as serving as a high school College and Career Advisor. In addition, Kellie also has over 10 years in the beauty industry.
​
After earning her bachelor's degree, she attended Alternative Visions Hair Academy to obtain her cosmetology license. In 2018, Kellie branched out into the exciting world of cosmetic tattooing and skin rejuvenation! Her certifications include: permanent make-up, 3D areola reconstruction, scalp micropigmentation, paramedical tattooing, and plasma pen.

Kellie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her greatest blessings and joy comes from being a mom and "Grams" to her children and grandchildren. She also likes decorating, dancing, thrifting, traveling, and DIY projects.
​
Helping others is what Kellie is most passionate about. She loves her clients and seeing them smile and feel better about themselves is extremely rewarding to her. Kellie plans to continue learning more about scar reduction and camouflage where she feels as though she can have the greatest impact.
Kerry Miller
Paramedical Director
Kerry began her career in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist. She spent 14 years as a beauty consultant and makeup artist. Currently she operates a studio in West Bend, WI as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. Kerry’s certifications include permanent makeup, paramedical tattooing including scar camouflage, saline tattoo lightening, 3D areola reconstruction, and tiny tattoos.
While Kerry spends most of her time tattooing faces with permanent makeup, she is passionate about the paramedical tattoo industry. She is always looking to learn more and help people transform their lives.

Being present and giving back to the community is very important to Kerry. She is a member of the West Bend Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown West Bend Association, PMU Collaborative Leadership, the American Academy of Micropigmentation, and active with the Business Improvement District.

In her free time, Kerry loves spending time with her husband of 32 years +, her three grown children and their significant others, and her first grandchild! She loves all things creative: painting, decorating, crafts, drawing, etc. Traveling is also one of Kerry’s interests but spends most of her travel time visiting her children in Colorado and Michigan.

Hi, I’m Shannon!
I had my eyebrows done many many years ago. I loved the results so much that I started my journey on how to get the education I needed to become a permanent makeup (PMU) artist.

I opened Reflective Beauty Boutique in 2016 and haven’t looked back. I made it my mission in the last few years to master the application technique for mature skin. There was trial and error.
The majority of my clients fall into the mature skin category.
I have always felt that everyone deserves BROWS! So providing this service to women who really need it is very rewarding.

My clients are everyday women who are looking to make things a little easier. Whether they’re older and don’t have as steady hands as they used to for applying makeup or they’re busy moms and professionals who want to have a bit more time and ease every day with already-applied makeup.

I always provide my clients with the best education so we can make a decision that will be best for them and the long-term results of PMU.

Diana Tri founded Micro Beauty Mark (MBM), an esteemed PMU studio in Orange County, California. With a background in Corporate Finance & Accounting, Diana embarked on a journey to find fulfillment and discovered her true passion in the beauty industry.
Driven by her relentless pursuit of excellence over (20+ years in this beauty industry), Diana obtained licenses as a nail technician, freelance makeup artist, and esthetician specializing in skincare therapy. She is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry through her continuous education and dedication to providing the highest quality services at MBM.
At Micro Beauty Mark, Diana creates a serene and sterile environment where clients can trust her expertise. By actively listening and understanding their unique desires and concerns, she develops personalized treatment plans that deliver exceptional results. Diana's transparency and dedication to client satisfaction are evident in her attention to detail and willingness to address any questions or doubts.
In addition to her work as a PMU artist, Diana shares her knowledge through her permanent makeup academy, empowering others in the industry and fostering growth and collaboration.
